My wife and I would like to thank your staff member Dylan (from Adelaide) for being so helpful. We spoke for some time, as he showed me different functions of roadbikes, and my best options. From recommending a more durable tyre available in your store, to the different frame options, to even getting "the managers" own Giant TCX out for me to try! He was absolutely fantastic, and really did a great job displaying his knowledge of his job, and of Torpedo7's options and services.

I hope one day you'll open a store in Invercargill, we had great service and I'd love to support such a great company, with great staff.

I first met Dylan at the Fat Tyre Festival, where he was volunteering to lead riders on guided tours around Melrose, South Australia. His strong capabilities on the bike, intimate knowledge of the area and high levels of enthusiasm for the sport meant he was a strong leader who could accommodate riders of all ages and fitness.

I have had many interactions with Dylan over the years, many in the local bike shop where he is employed. Dylan has a great approach to customer service and always dedicates plenty of time to assisting his customers, regardless of whether they are making a large or small purchase. Again, his experience on the bike is a strength and his genuine passion for the sport of mountain biking means he is always prepared to offer honest advice and recommend products that he actually uses himself.

'I first met Dylan three years ago, through the Prince Alfred College riders against poverty initiative. Dylan volunteered to support the Prince Alfred College teams, which included myself and other students. From the beginning, I noted how open and approachable Dylan was with our group. He went to extreme efforts to do as much as he could to help, beyond our expectations of him. The underlying reason for this commitment is Dylan's passion for the mountain biking sport. He takes any opportunity he can to promote it and help those who are just starting out like I was. Dylan continued to aid the riders again poverty group for the next three years of my involvement, but also helped me on a more personal level with my increasing involvement with mountain biking. With an easy going manner but also a determination to push his personal boundaries, I thoroughly enjoy my rides with him and they both improved my skills and encouraged me to explore different facets of the hobby. His extensive knowledge of local trails is an additional indicator of his deep involvement of the sport. I feel that Dylan is an individual who will be able to aide many other riders in increasing their enjoyment of mountain biking in the future.'

I first met Dylan around 1 year ago when purchasing a mountain bike from a store in Adelaide.

I found him to be a very helpful, professional,engaging young man who went out of his way to assist me in any way he could. I was buying my first ever mountain bike and as such had many questions in need of an answer. His knowledge and enthusiasm went a long way to helping me make my decision on what to buy. Following on from this I have called him on numerous occasions outside of work with more queries and have even gone for a riding lesson with him.
